Cancellation policy

Mogzone offers both Cash on Delivery (COD) and Online Payment options for customer convenience. Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support as soon as possible after placing the order. Refunds for eligible cancelled prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method within the applicable processing time. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, incorrect pricing, suspected fraudulent activity, or verification issues.
